General Information
Trinity International School (TRIS) is a Kindergarten through Grade 12 Christian institution that is values oriented and student centered. It teaches the Seventh-day Adventist (SDA) principles and beliefs. The SDA educational system is the second-largest Christian school system in the world. It has a total of 7,598 educational institutions operating in over 100 countries around the world with over 1.5 million students world-wide.
Since TRIS’s founding in 2003, our community has believed that the pursuit of a sound education is a joint-enterprise involving the School and its faculty, students, and their parents. Together we inspire an eagerness to learn, a willingness to work diligently, a respect for one another’s differences, and a desire to be active in the community. Our students represent a rich variety of ethnic, religious, socioeconomic, and cultural backgrounds.
Program of Studies
TRIS offers three educational programs from K-12 (ages 2 – 18). TRIS uses English as a main language of instruction for all of its three educational programs.
Regular Program – TRIS Regular Program is a California-based curriculum program authorized by the California Department of Education (CDE) to use its K-12 curriculum since the inception of the school in 2003. This curriculum has been hailed as on of the best in the world. Its standards and benchmarks have been developed with serious consideration given to the cultural and linguistic background of students.
SPACE Program – S.P.A.C.E. stands for Student-Paced Adventist Christian Education. It is a quality G1-12 Christian, faith-integrated, Christ-centered education featuring an individualized mastery learning based on American curriculum from Accelerated Christian Education (ACE) or School of Tomorrow (SOT). SPACE is an affordable program which is an alternative education for Christian children and children of expatriates in Thailand.
Online Program – TRIS Online Program is K-12 educational program that is based on American award-winning online curriculum that engages young minds with a rich combination of online interactive and offline hands-on learning. In high school, besides regular high school courses, TRIS Online Program offers Honors and Advanced Placement (AP) courses for more advanced students.
